Little Foot Center

Little Foot Enrichment Learning Center is an early childhood education and child care provider in Accokeek, Maryland, operating since July 2003. Its program combines quality care with an academically rich curriculum designed to support each child’s whole development. The center aims to help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically in a safe, healthy, nurturing environment.

Recognizing that every child has individual needs, abilities, learning styles, and experiences, Little Foot uses flexible, developmentally appropriate teaching practices. Children are encouraged to explore, play, express themselves, build relationships, and develop their talents while participating in a structured learning environment. The center’s approach is intended to foster independence, confidence, and responsible, caring behavior.

Little Foot also emphasizes partnership with parents and guardians, welcoming their involvement in children’s development and working to extend the supportive environment of home. Its philosophy reflects the slogan “Love and Learning Go Hand and Hand.” The center is located at 15404 Livingston Road and is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
