Little Koi Pediatric Dentistry

Little Koi Pediatric Dentistry is a children’s dental practice in Walnut, California, led by Dr. Vi-Khoi Duong, a board-certified pediatric dentist with specialized training from UCLA and USC. The practice focuses on compassionate, personalized care, allowing time for children to feel comfortable and families to ask questions. Its child-friendly setting and educational approach are designed to make dental visits positive while helping children build lasting oral health habits.

Services include preventive exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and X-rays, as well as restorative care such as fillings, stainless steel and porcelain or zirconia crowns, pulpotomies, and extractions. The practice also provides nitrous oxide and general anesthesia for children who need additional support during treatment, along with space maintainers for early tooth loss. Little Koi welcomes children with medical, developmental, or behavioral special health care needs and adapts care to each patient. By monitoring oral development and addressing concerns early, the team aims to support healthy smiles from a child’s first dental visit onward.
