Little Nurture Academy provides practical, gentle support for mothers, families, employers and baby-focused practitioners. Founded by Natalie, a doula and baby sleep consultant with 16 years of experience supporting mums and babies across London, the academy recognises how having a baby can affect sleep, identity, relationships and working life. Its services are designed to help families feel more supported while making it easier for workplaces and practitioners to respond to parents’ needs.

Parents can access one-to-one baby sleep support that is gentle and responsive, without harsh sleep-training methods. For employers, Little Nurture Academy offers workplace sleep and wellbeing support to help employees manage broken nights, exhaustion and the transition back to work after having a baby. The academy also provides training for aspiring baby business owners and instructors, as well as doulas and consultants looking to establish or grow baby classes and services.
