Little Otsu is an independent retailer and publisher of quality paper goods based in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in offering products made in the USA, Europe, and Japan, with a focus on places we have visited or would like to visit. Our storefront in Portland, located at 3225 SE Division Street, is where you can find our unique and carefully curated selection of paper goods.

The history of Little Otsu traces back to its origins as the publishing division of the San Francisco store Otsu, founded in 2002 by Jeremy and Yvonne. In 2004, Little Otsu was born as a way to collaborate with like-minded artists, creating unique and useful print products using alternative materials. With a love for well-made, handmade, and fairly-made goods, Little Otsu has become a go-to destination for discerning individuals seeking high-quality paper goods.

Over the years, we have expanded our operations and opened a retail store in Portland, where we continue to offer our paper goods along with a selection from our favorite small companies. At Little Otsu, we are passionate about providing customers with beautifully designed and ethically produced paper goods that inspire creativity and bring joy to everyday life
