Little Otters Play Cafe is a family-friendly play space in Washougal, Washington, designed to bring young children and their caregivers together. It welcomes children ages 0–6 for open play in a cozy indoor playroom and a fully fenced backyard featuring climbing structures, a mud kitchen, trucks, water and sensory play. A coffee bar gives adults a chance to relax, work, or connect with other parents while children explore.

The cafe offers memberships, a co-working option for work-from-home parents, and reserved drop-off care during set hours. Its calendar includes playgroups, music sessions, yoga, story time, seasonal events, and after-school art classes for young artists. Sensory classes for babies and toddlers are also in development. Families can book the venue for two-hour celebrations, including birthdays and baby showers, with coffee available for guests. Gift cards can be used for open play, classes, parties, snacks, memberships, and more. With a focus on meaningful play and parent connection, Little Otters aims to help families find community through the early years.
