Little People Wellness

Little People Wellness Clinic is a child-focused wellness practice in Montana, Pretoria, offering gentle, family-centred support for children’s health and wellbeing. Founded in 2015 by Sister Sazhia, the clinic is shaped by her experience as a qualified neonatal and paediatric intensive care nurse. Its approach emphasises preventative care, informed guidance, and compassionate attention to the needs of both children and their families.
