Little Physis is a pediatric orthopedics and children’s trauma practice in Zapopan, serving newborns, infants, children, and adolescents. Led by Dr. Carlos Brambila Botello and Dr. Naomi Cortez, the team focuses exclusively on children’s musculoskeletal health, offering specialized assessment and treatment tailored to young patients.

Services include care for flat feet, developmental hip dysplasia, clubfoot, knock knees and other angular knee deformities, walking abnormalities, and differences in leg length. The practice also provides hip ultrasound and screening, bone lengthening, and evaluation and treatment of pediatric fractures and other orthopedic conditions, including Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. Little Physis does not treat adults.
