Little Rock IECD Centre Kenya is a registered community-based organization that is dedicated to providing early childhood education to vulnerable and disabled children in Kibera and the surrounding area. Founded in 2003 by Mrs. Lilly Oyare, a passionate educator, the center aims to address the lack of educational opportunities for underserved children in the area.

Driven by a vision of creating an inclusive society where all children have equal access to quality education, Little Rock IECD Centre offers a range of services. They provide early learning opportunities to children, with a special focus on those with disabilities.
