Little Speech Pals

Little Speech Pals is a pediatric speech therapy practice serving children ages 12 months to 10 years in Downtown Plymouth, Michigan, with virtual parent coaching also available. Led by Mackenzie Williams, MS, CCC-SLP, the practice supports children with speech sound disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, autism, speech and language delays, and communication needs that may benefit from augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), from low-tech to high-tech tools.

Services include screenings, evaluations, individual therapy sessions, and parent coaching. In-person appointments and remote coaching are generally 30 to 45 minutes, with flexible scheduling. Little Speech Pals describes its approach as neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and play-based, aiming to help children communicate while giving parents confidence to support their growth.

The practice lists professional training in AAC systems, gestalt language processing, ADOS-2 testing, DIRFloortime, and the Early Start Denver Model. Little Speech Pals accepts BCBS insurance plans. Families can contact the practice by phone or email to ask questions or schedule services.
