Little Steps Preschool is an independent early-years setting established in 2021 and based at Blaby Methodist Church in Blaby, Leicestershire. Located within the local community, it provides a welcoming environment for children to learn, play and prepare for their transition to primary school. The preschool operates from a spacious, accessible building with a large hall and two secure outdoor areas: a paved courtyard and a garden mainly laid to lawn. The premises are accessible to wheelchair users and prams.

Learning through play is central to Little Steps Preschool’s approach. Its team plans activities around children’s curiosity, natural environments and personal interests, while following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to cover its different areas of learning. The setting aims to support each child’s development and education in a safe, secure and stimulating environment, helping them grow in confidence before taking their next steps at school.

Sessions run on weekdays, with opening hours varying by day.
