Little Village Co. is a UK childcare staffing and community service connecting families, nurseries and schools with vetted childcare professionals. Operating across London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Kent, the company offers nannies, childminders, after-school care, temporary cover and permanent recruitment. Its matching approach considers each child’s needs and temperament, rather than availability alone, and aims to provide care that supports learning and development through activities such as baking, gardening, sensory play, music and language practice.

Every professional is subject to application, interview, reference, right-to-work, certificate and Enhanced DBS checks before being put forward. Practitioners also hold paediatric first aid certification, and placements are supported by safeguarding policies and welfare check-ins. Little Village Co. provides tailored support for children with additional needs, including experience with autism, ADHD and Down’s syndrome, as well as Makaton and other communication support where needed. Families can request care for children from birth to 16, with specialist support available.
