We understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives, which is why we are not just pet-friendly, but Pet-Preferred! We happily accommodate residents with cats and/or dogs, with a limit of two pets per apartment. While most dogs are welcome, please note that breed restrictions apply. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet, along with a $20 monthly rent add-on for each pet companion.
