Live Like Jordan Inc. is a nonprofit organization honoring the memory of Jordan E. Martin, a young entrepreneur and athlete remembered for his hard work, curiosity, and determination to pursue new opportunities. Inspired by his life, the organization encourages young people to follow their goals through scholarships, financial assistance, and community programs.
The Live Like Jordan Memorial Scholarship supports high school seniors pursuing trade or technical education. Live Like Jordan, Start Your Business helps young entrepreneurs with startup costs such as equipment and supplies, while LLJ Helps You Play assists young athletes with sports registration or camp fees. Through Jordan’s Shield, the organization distributes naloxone and provides training to help community members respond to overdoses. It also offers presentations for schools and youth groups about counterfeit pills and the dangers of fentanyl.
Applicants can submit an essay explaining their goals and how the organization could help. Live Like Jordan also hosts community events, including an annual Father’s Day celebration, and welcomes donations to support its programs and mission.
