Moore Mindful Services provides counselling, coaching and support for people seeking to manage stress, anxiety and other challenges while working towards a richer, more meaningful life. Founded by Jason Moore, the service combines professional training and experience with neurodivergent lived experience and an empathetic, non-judgmental approach. Jason holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
The practice offers autism and ADHD coaching and support, assistance with anxiety, stress and depression, and professional NDIS counselling for plan-managed and self-managed clients. Private health and NDIS options are available. Sessions may be arranged by phone, with an emphasis on practical strategies and support tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances.
Moore Mindful Services takes a person-centred, neuroaffirming, holistic and strength-based approach. Rather than seeking to change neurodivergent traits, it aims to help clients recognise their strengths, build self-advocacy and problem-solving skills, and develop tools for personal growth. The practice is committed to offering a safe, supportive space and is welcoming of neurodivergent people, LGBTQIA+ communities and the kink community.
