Live Your T1D

Live Your T1D is an experimental research and education initiative exploring ways to reduce the burden of hormone replacement therapy, beginning with insulin management for people with Type 1 diabetes. Its work includes an upcoming app prototype designed to help users explore glucose data and log food and insulin events. The demo presents a fictional 72-hour glucose timeline, adjustable event entries, and a day-by-day view with selectable food and insulin markers.

Users can also explore example glucose readings and settings, including insulin names and entry increments. The prototype is explicitly separate from the current released app, and its entries are temporary demo data rather than connected health records or uploads. Live Your T1D also shares a conceptual, silent timelapse featuring hypothetical food and insulin timing scenarios, along with tools and “Similar Days” exploration.

The scenarios and model are illustrative, unvalidated, and not intended as medical advice, dosing guidance, or a basis for treatment decisions. The initiative presents its work as an experimental effort focused on research and education
