The DIY house kits are just like at IKEA, our panels come straight from the factory to your door ready to be assembled at site within couple of hours by just 2 people. The flat packaged kits offer optimal transportation efficiency everywhere – from cities to sandy beaches and mountains. Livful mini house kits consist of panels, doors and windows which are large enough for fast assembly yet light enough for 2 people to lift and assemble without additional lifting equipment. Cross-laminated timber (CLT), which is used in panel production, is a wood panel product made from gluing layers of solid-sawn lumber together. This ensures full use of the material and shape stability and offers better shape retention than log cabins. Our house kits are designed for a comfortable fit, are error free and assembled within hours, not days. The CLT panels, doors and windows are connected at the building site by a combination of grooved joints, special screws and glue making the connections airtight. All the details and pretreatments of the house are double controlled, ensuring that your kit is as easy as possible to construct. The roof and floor of the Livful mini house are made of the same CLT panels as the wall. 60 mm floor and roof thickness reduces cold drafts, prevents the outside chilly air from entering the house and prevents heat loss.
