Living Lactation

Living Lactation is Caitlin Inglis’s lactation support practice serving prenatal and postpartum individuals and families near Boston. Guided by equality, respect, and kindness, the practice aims to make care accessible and help clients feel confident in their feeding journeys. Caitlin is an Advanced Lactation Consultant and Certified Lactation Counselor who combines evidence-based education with her lactation expertise and personalized support.

Living Lactation offers one-to-one sessions, custom care plans, and educational classes. Support is available for breastfeeding and chestfeeding concerns, including latching difficulties, nursing pain, nipple or areola damage, tongue or lip ties, milk supply concerns, oversupply, and weaning. The practice also helps with pumping, including equipment troubleshooting, pain, difficulty responding to a pump, exclusive pumping, and planning for a return to work. Formula and mixed-feeding support covers bottle feeding, formula acceptance, and related challenges.

Clients begin by booking a session or class, then work with Caitlin to assess their needs and develop a personalized plan. The practice also shares case studies and free resources to support families.
