Living Our Lives is a small, dedicated team supporting people across Perth and South West Western Australia to build lives that reflect their goals, interests and choices. The organisation works with NDIS participants, families and carers, offering practical guidance and person-centred support.

Its Support Coordination service helps people understand and navigate their NDIS plans, build a suitable support team and work towards their preferred outcomes through the Living Well Pathway. Find Your Pathway provides one-to-one support to explore possible next steps, including employment, study, volunteering, skill development and community participation. The organisation also runs welcoming, one-day Find Your Pathway workshops for people at different stages of life and from diverse backgrounds, focused on exploring interests, building confidence and identifying opportunities.

For additional guidance, the free Life Connect Navigator offers how-to guides, personal reflections and curated resources to help participants, families and carers approach the NDIS system with greater confidence and clarity. Living Our Lives emphasises taking time to understand each person and keeping in touch as support progresses.
