About Livingston AC
Livingston Athletic Club, located at Craigswood Sports Centre in West Lothian, has been a vital part of the community since its founding in 1972. As an affiliated member of Scottish Athletics, the club holds Podium level accreditation and is dedicated to fostering athletic talents of all ages, beginning from age 9. With a well-structured coaching program, Livingston AC supports athletes in track and field competitions throughout the year, alongside winter cross-country events.
In addition to competitive training, the club offers engaging programs such as "Run + Jump + Throw" sessions for younger members and "Couch to 5K" courses for adults looking to improve their fitness. Recognized for its impactful community contributions, Livingston AC was a finalist for "Impact Club of the Year" and won "Club of the Year" at the West Lothian 2018 Celebrating Sport Awards. The club is proudly managed by a dedicated team of parents, coaches, and senior athletes, all committed to nurturing the spirit of athletics in the region.
