Living Wage NZ offers an accreditation system for employers who meet the criteria to become a Living Wage Employer. By becoming a Living Wage Employer, businesses commit to paying their directly employed and contracted workers no less than the living wage. The movement is governed by a National Governance Board, consisting of members from various organizations and sectors.
