Living with Equal Opportunities (LEO’s), formerly known as Play Association Hammersmith & Fulham, is a West London charity supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities, including those with complex needs or from disadvantaged backgrounds. Its community includes families in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and surrounding boroughs. With a history spanning 20 years, the organisation aims to create life-enhancing opportunities and experiences for young people and their families.
