Livino is a baby massage service in Rovaniemi, founded and run by Aino Niskanen. A registered nurse, midwifery student, breastfeeding counsellor and mother, Aino offers gentle, personalised baby massage using the Baby Balance method. Sessions take place in the family’s own home and are adapted to each baby’s and family’s needs, with calm, unhurried care and safe, attentive touch at the centre.
Baby massage is available to all babies, whether families have a particular concern or simply want to support their child’s development and connection with a caregiver. The service may help ease tummy discomfort and bodily tension, encourage relaxation and support better sleep. Aino’s work draws on nearly 400 completed baby massage sessions, many conversations with families and her professional healthcare background. During visits, families can also request support with breastfeeding, processing birth experiences and coping during the baby’s first year.
Livino invites families to get in touch for support throughout the first year. At present, appointments are arranged by phone or message.
