LIVV WELL is the wellness brand founded by Lex, a longevity coach who helps women improve their health and feel confident at every age. Drawing on her experience of corporate burnout and the lifestyle changes that helped her find a better balance, Lex offers practical guidance for simplifying health and adopting a low-tox lifestyle that fits everyday life. Her approach focuses on supporting energy, skin health, hormonal balance, and overall well-being through manageable changes to the body, mind, and home.

The brand’s featured service is The 40+ Longevity Lifestyle Fix, a four-month health reboot for women experiencing perimenopause or menopause who want to reset their hormones, boost energy, and feel better from the inside out. Lex also offers personalized consultations and a free guide to help women get started. Client experiences describe support with understanding everyday toxins, developing food and workout plans, and making sustainable routine changes. LIVV WELL shares updates through its newsletter and social channels, and its website also includes a shop and Amazon favorites.
