It helps owners operate their properties in a structured, sustainable way while balancing managed profitability with hotel-inspired guest standards. Services cover the full rental process, from assessing a property’s potential and developing its market position to creating or improving listings, setting dynamic prices, and managing day-to-day operations.
LIZEOR also coordinates guest communication and selection, professional cleaning, hotel-quality linen, check-ins, maintenance, and ongoing performance monitoring. When needed, it can arrange photography, configure locks, and coordinate urgent repairs through trusted tradespeople. The company guides owners through required administrative steps, including local registration and authorisations, and gives them access to the calendar so they can reserve their property for personal use.
LIZEOR charges a 25% commission, including full management, and offers a flexible arrangement without a fixed term, subject to 30 days’ notice. It also works with professional service and property-sector partners
