Liz Gilbert Therapy

Frankie Ellie Sklar is a relationship coach and former licensed therapist who helps individuals and couples communicate with greater honesty, clarity, and care. Drawing on nearly a decade of therapeutic experience, a master’s degree in counseling, and years of clinical training, Frankie now takes a client-centered, practical, and action-oriented approach to coaching. Her work supports people who want to understand themselves more clearly, express their needs, set boundaries with compassion, and build healthier relationships.

Services include individual coaching sessions, couples and relationship work, and group programs, alongside events and resources. In sessions, Frankie helps clients navigate recurring conflicts, emotional overwhelm, communication challenges, and patterns that can make connection difficult. She aims to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where people can explore what they want and take meaningful steps toward it. Frankie’s approach is grounded in meeting clients where they are, offering reflection and practical tools while supporting self-expression, emotional regulation, and stronger connections.
