LlaveMovil.com

LlaveMovil.com is a Chilean access-control software provider serving residential communities, offices, clubs, and other organizations. Its service turns a user’s smartphone into a key, helping residents and staff manage entry without traditional remote controls or proximity cards. The system combines a mobile app, an administration app with multi-community management and reports, and a compact device installed on site to operate physical access points. Where cellular coverage is unavailable, access can also be configured through Bluetooth.

Features include managing users and permissions, authorizing guests, verifying visitor or vehicle identification, and receiving alerts when deliveries or parcels arrive. Residents can check availability and reserve shared spaces, while administrators can review access-event reports, set security restrictions, and send internal notifications. Additional tools include geolocation limits for openings, silent alerts, license-plate recognition, external-provider requests, and reports of maintenance issues in common areas. LlaveMovil also supports access to E-Lock smart lockers. The company promotes a pricing approach without upfront investment or binding contracts, with plans tailored to customer needs, and offers a free demonstration.
