We are a 51% Black owned, Level 2 Accredited Training Academy that focuses on the growth and social upliftment of young members of our society, those who are locked out of the workforce by virtue of their lack of access to funding to further their education or become employable. We educate, nurture and inspire them to believe in themselves and become suitable for employment opportunities that were previously out of their reach. Companies can safely employ graduates of our academy, knowing that they have both the necessary skills and decorum to successfully transition into the world of work. When they take their first steps towards a positive future, we believe that they will pay it forward by uplifting others around them in their communities.

About LLC Academy
The LLC Academy is a highly regarded brand that focuses on the growth and development of individuals and the social upliftment of young members in society. As a 73. 57% Black Owned Level 2 Designated Group Supplier, we are dedicated to helping those who are unable to access further education or employment opportunities due to a lack of funding.
With accreditation from Services SETA and alignment with COMENSA (Coach and Mentors Association of South Africa), we offer a wide range of programmes that educate, nurture, and inspire candidates to believe in themselves and become suitable for previously out-of-reach employment opportunities. We also collaborate with professional partners such as Lanham-Love Consulting and Lanham-Love Galbraith-van Reenen to ensure the best B-BBEE compliance level possible. Our team of key professionals, each with their unique expertise and qualifications, work tirelessly to design and implement B-BBEE strategy solutions for Skills Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development, and Socio-Economic Development.
