Llerona

Festes Laurona is the events committee serving the village of Llerona, where it brings residents and visitors together through local celebrations, community activities, and outdoor events. Its program includes the annual Festa Major, with activities for different ages such as children’s entertainment, theatre, games, music, performances, communal meals, and social gatherings. The organization also promotes popular walks and BTT routes, offering opportunities to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the landscape.

A featured event is the Caminada Popular de Llerona, an approximately 12.5-kilometre walk designed for participants of all ages to complete at a relaxed pace. Registration includes breakfast and a small gift, while route markers, maps, and checkpoints help guide walkers. Festes Laurona also shares event information, schedules, registration details, and updates through its official website and newsletter, and works with local groups, sponsors, and public organizations to deliver its activities. Its events encourage participation, neighbourly connection, respect for nature, and shared enjoyment of village life.
