About Ledge Light Health District
Ledge Light Health District (LLHD) is a local health department serving nine municipalities in Connecticut, namely East Lyme, Groton, Ledyard, Lyme, New London, North Stonington, Old Lyme, Stonington, and Waterford. LLHD operates as a special unit of government, consolidating comprehensive public health services within one organization, in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-241.
