LMN Feline Rescue

LMN Feline Rescue is a volunteer-only, foster-based, no-kill animal rescue charity serving its community from Huffman, Texas. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it rescues abandoned, abused, neglected, and injured animals, rehabilitates them, and works to place them in permanent, loving homes. The organization has 15 active volunteers, houses animals in foster homes, and adopts more than 300 pets in an average year. Prospective adopters are screened, and animals are placed through weekly events at Petco Atascocita, Petco on-site adoption condos, social media, and Petfinder.

Animals in the adoption program receive veterinary care, including health exams, species-appropriate tests and vaccinations, spay or neuter services, and other necessary treatment. Adopters can also receive a microchip with lifetime registration. LMN Feline Rescue additionally offers trap-neuter-return services to reduce the population of unwanted free-roaming cats and brings young kittens into its adoption program when possible. The charity welcomes donations to support veterinary care and provides ways to help through payment platforms, retail rewards, and online wish lists.
