LNB Empowered Living LLC provides person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Houston, Texas, and surrounding communities. Guided by support, independence, dignity, and opportunity, the organization works with individuals and families to shape assistance around personal strengths, preferences, routines, and goals. Its services are intended to help people build daily living skills, maintain safer routines, and participate more fully at home and in the community.

Services include supported home living, personal assistance, life skills development, community participation, respite for family caregivers, and transportation support. Assistance may cover household tasks, personal care, mobility, cooking, scheduling, budgeting basics, self-advocacy, appointments, errands, recreation, and social connection. LNB also welcomes inquiries from families, support coordinators, case managers, discharge planners, and other community partners.
