Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) is an independent, non-governmental organisation, bringing together real estate developers and other professionals, operating in real estate market field. Pursuing its main tasks of cooperation with the Government, ministries and other national state and municipal institutions for aiming to improve business environment and investment climate in the country, Association also promotes research, learning and networking activities. About Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association
LNTPA (Lietuvos nekilnojamojo turto plėtros asociacija) is an association that unites developers, financiers, and real estate service providers. They represent the interests of their members in state institutions and organize conferences and seminars for real estate professionals and the general public. In addition, LNTPA aims to foster its community by participating in international exhibitions, organizing international professional tours, and bringing together the PropTech Baltic community interested in sector innovations.
LNTPA was established in 2004 by 26 companies operating in the real estate sector. The association's management is entrusted to a ten-member board elected for a two-year term during a general meeting of members, which sets the main strategic directions for the association's activities. The association also appoints a president.
