LOCH Custom Homes

LOCH Custom Homes is an East Dallas homebuilding and renovation company led by Michelle and Matthew Harris. With a decade of roots in the area and family backgrounds in real estate, the Harrises bring experience in residential properties, investments, acquisitions, renovations and new construction to their projects. Their approach is grounded in the belief that every home should be built with the care they would give their own, while reflecting the character of its neighborhood.

LOCH offers luxury custom home construction, historic renovations and whole-home remodels in East Dallas and surrounding neighborhoods. New homes are designed around clients’ lifestyles, with attention to natural light, clean lines and durable finishes. Historic projects preserve the features that make local homes distinctive while updating kitchens, bathrooms and essential systems. Remodels receive the same oversight as new builds.

The company guides clients from an initial conversation about goals, budget and timing through design, construction and a final walkthrough.
