LODIMA OUEST BRUZ

Lodima Ouest is a specialist apprenticeship training provider with campuses in Rennes, Lorient and Quimper. Established in 1996, it has spent 30 years helping students develop professional skills through work-based learning, with programs ranging from CAP-level qualifications to BAC+5. Courses focus on commerce, sales, marketing, administrative management and human resources, and include professional titles, vocational qualifications, BTS programs, bachelor’s degrees and master’s-level courses.

The school combines classroom teaching with practical experience in a company, offering personalized guidance throughout the learner’s journey. Its teams help students identify suitable training, prepare application materials and interviews, and connect with employers. Lodima Ouest works with a network of more than 600 partner companies and promotes over 600 apprenticeship opportunities each year; it reports that 90% of placements come through these partners.

For employers, Lodima Ouest provides tailored support from defining a role through signing an apprenticeship contract. Training and registration are free for learners, with costs covered by the employer and its OPCO under an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
