Loes Buys

Loes Buys is a Vlijmen-based practitioner supporting women who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected from their own needs. Drawing on her background as a nurse, kinesiologist, and Pilates instructor, Loes combines body-based work with coaching to help clients regain balance, develop self-awareness, and make choices that fit their lives.
