Loft 450 is the premier Film Studio in Mexico City, offering a unique Loft Industrial New Yorker-style set for productions of all kinds. Since 2017, we have collaborated with top production companies in Mexico, providing an ideal location for cinematography, TV commercials, digital content, photography, television series, product shots, and more. We continue to expand, now offering four different studios in Mexico City, each with its own concept and independent features.

Our spaces feature five kitchens, lounges, dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, an indoor terrace, epoxy floors, wooden floors, brick walls, and large windows, making them perfect for all your audiovisual projects. We provide spacious facilities, ideal conditions for your audiovisual productions, a central location in Mexico City, and a warehouse zone without bothersome neighbors. We understand that every production is unique and offer different pricing options based on the type and size of your project. Our services include flexible filming hours of up to 20 hours without extra charge, 14 hours of light equipment recording for small digital content projects involving fewer than 26 people, and 12 hours of shoot time for photography projects.

Our 554m2 space features an integrated loft industrial-style set with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom, all of which can be moved to accommodate your specific needs. The smooth walls allow painting in any color, giving you complete creative freedom. When you rent our studio, you also have access to a makeup and dressing area, four bathrooms, client Wi-Fi, and included furniture.

The studio dimensions are 554m2, with a height of 4. 5m and a 1. 5-ton cargo elevator.
