Logopunkt

Logopunkt is an independent speech therapy practice founded in 2013 by Linda Slotte, a licensed speech therapist with a master’s degree in logopedics from Umeå University. The practice serves children, young people and adults in Kronoby and Kokkola, as well as the surrounding area, with therapy delivered in clients’ everyday environments, including homes, daycare centres, preschools, schools, residential units and care wards.

Work with children addresses delayed language development, specific language difficulties, pronunciation challenges and motor planning difficulties, and can support reading and writing skills. For adults, services include help with voice difficulties and language challenges resulting from stroke or other illnesses. Therapy may use sign support and visual aids alongside spoken language. Guidance and advice for the client’s family and other close contacts are an integral part of the service.

Logopunkt accepts clients funded by Kela, the wellbeing services counties of Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia, or insurance payment commitments, as well as self-paying clients.
