Logos Nous Day Center is operated by Epanentaxi Paidiōn me Psychokinitika Provlimata, a recognized nonprofit civil company established in 2007. Based in Athens, the organization runs a mental health unit for children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental needs, serving children aged 2. 5 to 12 and their families.
Its services include a weekday therapeutic day program, early intervention for children aged 2. 5 to 7, and individualized support for children attending school. A multidisciplinary team provides needs assessments and tailored treatment plans, psychological and psychoeducational assessment, speech and language assessment and therapy, occupational therapy assessment, and diagnosis and therapeutic support for neurodevelopmental conditions.
The center also offers parent counseling, family support and psychoeducation, and training for staff, emerging professionals, and volunteers. It works with schools and other organizations involved in children’s care and provides community education to challenge stigma and prejudice. Its goal is to promote psychosocial inclusion and greater independence.
