Loisirs Adaptés

Loisirs Adaptés is an association specializing in therapeutic leisure activities for people who may need tailored support. Since 2005, it has offered creative, playful and movement-based activities designed for people with physical or intellectual disabilities, as well as older adults. Its programs are intended for people with a range of needs, including cerebral palsy, hemiplegia, paraplegia, autism and Down syndrome, and for seniors living with conditions such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease.

Activities take place at home and in small groups at the association’s adapted leisure spaces. This approach gives participants options suited to different settings and support needs. Loisirs Adaptés focuses on making leisure accessible and welcoming, with activities shaped around the abilities and circumstances of people who may be vulnerable or have limited access to conventional recreational programs. The association’s website also provides information about its work, ways to support it and contact details.
