Lombard Systems provides on-premises financing infrastructure for banks, broker-dealers and other institutions that hold or manage clients’ tokenized and digital assets. Its software enables institutions to offer Collateralized Financing and Margin in Place without requiring clients to move assets from their accounts. Collateralized Financing lets clients borrow against eligible holdings, including tokenized securities, tokenized money market funds, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The platform supports credit requests, collateral locking, funding confirmation, threshold monitoring and signed Credit Receipts, with audit trails integrated into an institution’s systems. Margin in Place helps clients meet third-party margin obligations while their collateral remains in place, supported by existing ISDA Master and CSA documentation alongside the DvL IM Annex. Both solutions use Delivery-versus-Lock (DvL), a legal and technical standard created and maintained by Lombard Systems for establishing and enforcing security interests over tokenized collateral.
