About London Buddhist Centre
The London Buddhist Centre is a beloved brand at the heart of East London's Buddhist community. With a focus on making Buddhism and meditation accessible to modern life, we offer a range of products and services that cater to different needs. Join us for regular retreats at our serene rural retreat centre in Suffolk or drop by our Centre in Bethnal Green for a variety of activities.
We have daily yoga classes, events for families, courses and retreats for young adults and people of color, as well as poetry evenings with renowned artists at PoetryEast. Additionally, we organize school visits, Buddhist festivals, and run two charity shops. We are open from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm, and also offer numerous online events.
