LONDON PARKOUR ACADEMYWe

London Parkour Academy (LPA) provides outdoor parkour training across Hackney, Walthamstow, Finsbury Park and Crouch End. Its courses teach Natural Method Parkour, an activity also known as freerunning, through movement skills such as jumping, climbing, balancing, vaulting, swinging and flipping. The academy’s programme is designed to help children build strength, confidence, character, determination and teamwork while learning and adventuring outdoors. LPA also welcomes adults, presenting parkour as a way to move and counteract the effects of office posture.

Alongside regular sessions at locations including Wood Green, Olympic Park, Finsbury Park and Lloyd Park, the academy offers Ninja Camp for children aged 8 to 12. The camp combines parkour, games and adventure in a safe, supportive setting and is suitable for all abilities. LPA introduces prospective students to its instructors, including founder AJ, and provides information about courses, sessions and frequently asked questions. Families and interested participants can contact the academy by email or phone for enquiries and booking details.
