Lone Star Flower Farm is a family-run U-pick flower farm in De Kalb, Texas, brought to life by a Dutch family. With more than 100,000 flowers and acres of greenery, the farm offers a welcoming outdoor experience for families, couples, and photography groups. Visitors can enjoy time among the flowers and create a bouquet to take home. The farm highlights lilies that do not smell and plans to open for the season around May.
Guests can pick up a basket and shears in the field, choose and cut their flowers, then bring their selections to the counter for wrapping in gift paper. General admission is $5 and includes two stems; children under four enter free. Each additional picked flower costs $2.50, and parking is free. Cash and credit cards are accepted. Amenities include toilets and picnic tables, while photographers and large groups may contact the farm about visits outside regular hours.
