About Longaventura
Longaventura is an active tourism and cycling business run by a team passionate about cycling, hiking and nature. Drawing on decades of personal experience, the team shares its knowledge with customers through outdoor holiday activities and bicycle rentals in Évora and the surrounding Alentejo region. Visitors can explore the historic centre, countryside and local landmarks on high-quality Gazelle hybrid bicycles, available in several sizes for riders approximately 1.
40 to 2. 05 metres tall. Bikes come equipped with 24 gears, luggage racks and panniers, a bottle holder, lock, repair kit, pump and spare inner tube.
Longaventura offers prepared routes for leisurely rides and longer explorations, including itineraries to the Convento do Espinheiro, the Água de Prata aqueduct, the megalithic sites of Anta do Zambujeiro and Almendres, and vineyards and wineries. Another route follows quiet roads toward Arraiolos, known for its rugs. These experiences invite visitors to discover the region’s landscapes, heritage and rural communities at their own pace
