Longitude Engineering

Longitude is an independent design and engineering consultancy serving the energy and oceans sectors. Since 2006, it has supported projects and assets with a focus on safety, sustainability and practical project outcomes. As part of the global consultancy Aqualis, Longitude combines specialist expertise with an international network and local knowledge across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

Its services span facilities and subsea engineering, including field development, asset integrity, life extension, decarbonisation and decommissioning. Longitude also provides ship design for offshore vessels, research vessels and small craft, as well as conversions, upgrades and through-life support. Marine operations services cover mobilisation, transportation, installation, moorings, cables, route and site assessment, metocean analysis and rig engineering. For offshore wind, the company designs turbine and substation foundations and submarine power cables, supporting both bottom-fixed and floating projects from concept through detailed design.
