LookUnlock develops interactive styling mirrors and clienteling technology for fashion boutiques and apparel retailers. Its freestanding smart mirror kiosk lets shoppers preview garments on their image without handling clothes or waiting for a fitting room. The system is designed to display more than the items physically available on the rack, including broader inventory and made-to-order options, helping stores showcase additional styles and sizes.

LookUnlock pairs its kiosk hardware with RetailOS, an intelligence platform that turns try-on activity into in-store demand insights. Retailers can use this information to identify potential lost sales, make hidden inventory more visible, and support follow-up with shoppers. Customers can transfer selected looks to WhatsApp for continued communication with the boutique.

The plug-and-play terminal is designed for standard power and Wi-Fi, requires no store remodeling, and has a footprint of less than 0.4 square meters. LookUnlock says it does not use facial recognition or retain face templates; shopper photos and generated looks are automatically deleted within seven days and are not sold.
