The primary objective of Looky's Aid is to help young people facing adversity through poverty, disability or other challenges that may negatively impact their prospects in life. We plan to work with schools and other youth organisations to identify children needing help, and to provide early interventions with funding for additional educational, pastoral, and recreational support to ensure they unlock their personal potential. This charity was set up in memory of Lucas 'Looky' Martin, who left a lasting impact on those who knew him before he tragically passed away at the age of 21. Despite his young age, Lucas’ strength of character, and the principles by which he lived his life - Love, Optimism, Ambition, Determination and Selflessness (or ‘LOADS’ for short) – have left a profound effect on countless people and have inspired his family and friends to keep his positive contribution alive through the foundation of Looky’s Aid.
