The Estonian Society for the Protection of Animals (ELSPA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring the welfare and improvement of animals in need, as well as the prevention of animal abuse. Our mission is to directly assist animals, raise public awareness, provide education and training, and participate in legislation and oversight related to animal welfare. We believe in the well-being of every individual animal, regardless of their usefulness to humans.

This includes all creatures capable of feeling pain or suffering, such as mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and invertebrates. Our activities include providing veterinary care, food aid, and transportation for homeless, abandoned, and mistreated animals, as well as promoting responsible pet ownership and animal-friendly consumer choices. We rely on the support and donations of compassionate individuals and businesses to continue our work in protecting and saving animals.
