Loopgroep Nesselande is a vibrant running association based in the Nesselande district near the Zevenhuizerplas. Our mission is to promote the joy of running in a friendly and supportive environment, encouraging individuals of all fitness levels to participate in the sport. We offer four enthusiastic training groups that meet two to three times a week, with scheduled sessions on Tuesday and Saturday, plus optional Sunday morning long runs led by experienced trainers.
In addition to regular training, we host events like the Nesseloop, which features races for the whole family, from children's runs to 7 and 14 km recreational races, and a competitive 10 km for more serious runners. Our club promotes a healthy lifestyle through running, providing tailored advice on proper footwear in partnership with local experts and supporting our members with health checkups at Sportgeneeskunde Rotterdam for injury prevention or recovery.
