L’Opidom Restaurant

L’Opidom is a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant in Fondettes, near Tours in France’s Indre-et-Loire region. Founded by Valérie and Jérôme Roy, the restaurant reflects their experience in distinguished establishments in France and abroad, as well as their commitment to creativity, excellence and attentive hospitality. Chef Jérôme Roy builds his cuisine around seasonal ingredients and local produce from Touraine, combining familiar regional traditions with unexpected influences.

Citrus fruits and spices feature in imaginative pairings designed to surprise the palate and evoke a sense of travel. The restaurant offers menus and a dining experience focused on the flavors of the region and the best of nature. Guests can choose between the main dining room and a veranda overlooking the outdoors.
